sorry, this isn't an answer to that question, but I'll mention this
I found that when I was atms in prague and requested amounts in thousands of crowns, I kept getting only thousand-crown or larger notes.
When I asked for odd amounts, say 900 crowns, I got smaller denomination bills which I needed for small change.

I think that's a good tip for ATMs everywhere (except US where they always give 20s, it seems), as a lot tend to give large notes.
I don't recall any ATM in the arrival section of the airport, only much farther out around where you go out the door for public transportation.
