We used Habitat just a month ago and were very pleased with the apt. ( we stayed in Via) and their service.
When I have a minute, I'll take a look at the apts.

All Princesa apts . are in a good location if you wish to stay in Borne - it is a trendy , lively are .

You should probably provide the link for each apartment, otherwise you are _unintentionally_ making people browse through the whole website to _help_ you.

We just returned from Barcelona two days ago, spent 6 nights and used www.lodginginbarcelona.com

We stayed in Rambla D which was located on the Ramblas at the Placa de Catalunya end. We were very happy with the family who runs this rental company and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the location of the apartment. At night, noise factor was an issue but we use earplugs and that completely solved the problem. This location couldn't be beat.
