Yes! I am here just the 25th though as I leave for Madrid the next day. I hope I can zoom in for a quick coffee. Or are you flying into Valencia? I live near the airport
Ricardo Camarena's bar in the market is called Central Bar. Now, go early and still be prepared to wait as a vulture behind the stool of someone you think may be finished soon! ( Unless they have modernized the system)

I love potato salad! Never thought of getting it in Spain, but I sure will. We are taking the train from Barcelona and arrive in Valencia mid afternoon. Hopefully we will get to see you.
