Don't know about a chart, but there are plenty of currency-to-currency converters. The one on Yahoo is as good as any:

My favorite is www.exchangerate.com. You can click the currency you want, then get a chart or graph of rates for the last 30 days to a year.

Wow, what a difference each day can make. For the heck of it I went to that Onda.com site and played around with the amount of the deposit on our villa. 350 EURO on May 4th was $417 and on June 6th, 350 Euro is $429.
I clicked the link for each day between the two dates and it really jumps around.
