I have done many of the walks and would recommend all of them. It is simply a matter of what appeals to you. I suggest you go to their website and look at the choices/times/dates offered and chose the one that you find most interesting and fits into your schedule.
Personally I don't care for the Jack the Ripper ones, but they do have fans.

It really depends on your schedule and on what interests you. I have taken 2 and enjoyed both.
I really like the Hampstead Heath one, as it is a bit outside of the city.
Then I took the Marylebourne one. I like it less but partly because I took it on a weekend and the group was huge, and partly 1/2 of the time was spent inside the Wallace Collection (which would have been a good thing had I not had just visited it on my own earlier that day!)
