London-Victoria Hotel under $200?

I am also looking for a hotel in this area, and found many on Belgrave Road. The few that have available rooms for my dates are rooms in the front of building.
Is this a major noisy road? I figure that in the summer I may have to open the windows, so the noise is an important factor.

nancy161, I stayed on Belgrave Rd last time I was in London and it was not a busy/noisy road.
It's such a convenient location, that's why I want to stick with that area again this September.
I continue to struggle to find a place that has availability, decent price, and good reviews and that doesn't charge before you get there.
