The only tube station which contains none of the letters in the words mackerel?

Or we could play Mornington Crescent. It's been a while since we did that.

You might as well have the whole quiz:
http://solo2.abac.com/themole/tubequiz.html

And if you've still got some spare time, there's plenty to muse over at
www.goingunderground.net (but, oh dear, Annie, you could do with a designer).

Dukey: I was thinking of Arsenal as common names but Temple could work.

There isn't a station called Arsenal on the tube. It's called Gillespie Rd by all right thinking people.

Do your bit for the forces of good here:

Very good effort Audere - Think Charlie's for celestial bodies. The beer one is not a million miles away from Kilburn.

The one without any of the letters in "mackerel" = St John's Wood

The huge Tube map i bought at the London Transport Museum clearly has Arsenal at the station name.

I know your animus towards Arsenal from your mom but really Gillespie Road, give me a break, Arsenal just sounds a whole lot better.

Actually, they should probably name it, "The BEST EVER Football Team the World has Ever Known" and then it could probably qualify for longest staion name, too.

I've signed the petition. As objectionable as naming a station, ANY station, after any football team is, but most especially that one, naming it after a football team that left is just spectacularly stupid.

PalenQ, take out a marker and cross out Arsenal and write in Gillespie Road immediately.
