London: One Day Travelcards Live!
I believe i've read that one day Travelcards were no longer available for use on London's tube and bus system but the www.tfl.gov.uk transport for london site says they are:
zones 1 and 2: peak 6.20 lbs; off-peak (after 9:30 am Mon-Fri) 4.90 lbs, but cheaper if bought with an Oyster Card
one day cards exist for all zones says this Feb 10, 2006 fare info.
Family Travelcards, however have been eliminated, causing an outcry from families.

correction - apparently one day cards may not be available for zones 1 thru 3 or 1 thru 5 but are for zones 1 and 2, 1 nad 4 and all zones (1-6) - at least these categories are blank implying they may not be available??

It's now 12.40 pounds in 2006 for peak but only 6.30 pounds off peak for one day cards zones 1-6 if not using an Oyster Card - guess you have to go before 9:30am. What does MH mean?

No, no, it's a cheap day return ticket from Maidenhead to Paddington that includes the bus and tube on zones 1-6. But it's still called a travelcard. (We suburbanites can get travelcards that include the commute and London mass transit; for me offpeak is £12.20, peak is £20.20)
