Well -- the nearest the walk ever gets to the Tower is . . . where it starts at Tower Hill station. Otherwise one is walking away from the Tower. Most of the route is out beyond Aldgate and Whitechapel. So best to bugger off before paying to take the walk in the first place

I like most of your itinerary but I have noticed there's no leeway or downtime. What about if someone wants to look at the shops? Or lounge around the hotel and watch British telly? JMHO.
I really don't think you need to see Regent's Park if you've seen Kensington or St. James unless there is something going on.
