We're interested in staying at a London hotel with a 25 meter swimming pool (or a pool large enough for lap swim). Do some hotels have privileges at London health clubs with lap pools?

The Meridien on Piccadilly has a pool, but I don't know how large it is. They're redoing the building, so have good rates at the moment.
There are also public pools in London that you could use.

The Marriott County Hall has a 25 meter pool.

The Rembrandt Hotel on Brompton Road at Thurloe Place has the use of the pool at the health club adjacent. There is access from hotel lobby to the club and there is a fee.

The Marylebone Hotel has plans to open their lap pool on April 15th (18 meters). In the meantime, they provide guests with access to a local health club with a lap pool. I don't know the length of the other pool that is in use now (I asked when last there, but can't remember the answer). The new facility looks like it will be very state of the art....you can check their website.

The Crowne Plaza at LHR has a decent sized pool, although obviously it's out of central London
