There are several good Bloomsbury hotels -- what is your budget?

I like the Russell Hotel. It's right next to Russell Square tube station which is really convenient. Have a look at http://www.tubehotels.com/Russell-Hotel-254.html
JanisJ is right though, it really all depends on your budget.

I stayed at the Russell last April. I enjoyed my stay there very much. And there are elevators.

That is approx. £150 - £170. Whether you can get the Russell for that depends on your specific dates. Sometimes you can get it in the £150-£175 range for a double - but often it is well over £200.

So try its website and plug in your dates . . .

The Academy is really great -- again depends on your exact dates. You might get it w/i your budget.
