First of all a couple of important questions:
What is your budget? Some agencies are luxury places, some budget, some between.
How many people -- how many bedrooms, or is a studio all you need?
Do you have a preferred area of London?
What do you mean by short term? A month? A week?

There will be 2 people staying for about a week. We would want 2 bedrooms in a safe location near a tube stop (preferably not one with those incredibly long, steep escalators!)in a mid-range price.
