Lodging recommendations - Budapest

Hello. There will be 3 of us traveling to Budapest and would like hotel or apartment recommendations for about $200/night or less. Any neighborhoods you'd particularly recommend - or that we should avoid?

Thanks.

I highly recommend the apartments from this outfit:

Six Very Special Apartments in the Heart of Budapest

I have stayed in two of them, at Szervita ter, which was a great location a little behind the Marriott. but any of them would be good.

We stayed at the 7 Seasons apartments Address: 1061 Budapest, Király utca 8. It is on the Pest side We had a car so needed underground parking. It was a great location, so we just left the car securely parked and walked or took transport everywhere. Here is their website:

7Seasons Apartments Budapest | Apartment Accommodation in Budapest

We actually booked using booking.com with free cancellation but they may be the same terms on their own site.
