We are booked into the Marriott which has gotten very good reviews here.
They have a shuttle to and from the airport. We were concerned as we are flying into CDG very late the night before we leave France. Their shuttle runs until 12:30 at night.

One place consistently recommended on this board for CDG overnight is the Ibis. It is not posh, but clean, modern, comfortable and fairly inexpensive. There is a restaurant with decent food, and a nice breakfast is either included with the room or quite reasonably priced. Shuttle to the airport, of course. You can book online at www.ibishotel.com, but be aware taht there are two properties near CDG. The one I've used is called CDG Aeroport-Gares, practically on the airport grounds, near the RER station. The one called Roissy CDG is across the highway.
