The Eurostar between Bruxelles and Lille is only 35 minutes
If pair means Paris, it's just one hour between Lille and Paris by train - the are no flights
(And Paris- Bruxelles is 1h30)
Flying would be much more complicated and longer

Again assuming that "pair" refers to Paris, there are plenty of direct/nonstop Eurostar trains between Brussels and Paris. We've taking both Eurostar and flights between the two cities and the train is much quicker, more comfortable and less hassle.
