Leaving next week, any last minute tips?

I really appreciate all of the help I have recieved on this forum regarding our trip to Ireland. We are leaving next week and will be gone for two weeks. If any of you have any good restuarants or "must sees" for these destinations please let me know! Here is the itinerary we settled on (we are renting a car):

Day 1, 2: Dublin
Day 3: Glendalough, spend night in Kilkenny.
Day 4, 5, 6: Stay in Kenmare, explore Ring of Kerry, Skellig Michael
Day 7, 8: Dingle
Day 9: Drive to Galway via Cliffs of Moher
Day 10, 11, 12: Stay in Clifden, explore Connemara, day trip to Aran Islands.
Day 13: Drive back to Dublin.
Day 14: Fly Home

Don't miss a stop any Stone Age circles when you come across those. It is not a sight often seen....anywhere.

The Poulnabrone Dolmen is very easy to get to and pretty. (http://www.megalithicireland.com/Poulnabrone.htm) Also gives you a good sense of the ground in the Burren. You can visit after the Cliffs of Moher on your way to Galway. Also on your way back is the Corcomroe Abbey which I quite liked. (http://www.travelmania-ireland.com/place.php?id=117)

Don't leave your trip to Skellig Michael until the last day of your visit to that area. Even in the summer (best time weather-wise), high waves keep the boats in port about 2 days each week. If you book your trip for your first day in the Ring of Kerry, you might be able to go out on your last day. (We were there in mid-May and the boats had not been running for 2 1/2 weeks. We did not get to go to Skellig Michael.)
If you don't get to go to Skellig Michael, try to visit the Skellig Experience on Valentia Island. There are some good exhibits there about the history of Skellig Michael and an excellent film.
