I bought a second hand Pimsler and have a few French in Action videos. It's very interesting watching the Mime in French in Action because he is Marion Colillard's father. She,of a Good Year,a very Long Engagement and the current La Vie en Rose.

Thanks for the ID of the mime. I've been watching "French in Action" on the internet. Getting ready to sign up for another class, to steel myself to try a week or two in a course in France next spring!

Thanks for the tidbit. I remember her in a Good Year and La Vie en Rose, but now I am feeling very stupid and I can't remember her in A very Long Engagement. How did you figure out that he is her father?

His name is there in the credits and she comes from a theatrical family, her father once being a mine as well as theater.
In a Very Long ngagement, she's the prostitude that kills the German officer.
