Le Petit Nicois, Paris
Is this still a good place reasonably priced place to go for bouillabaisse? I've done some searches here and on other travel websites and this one keeps popping up, but there are no prices listed on their website.
We decided we'd each get to choose a restaurant for our upcoming trip (April 12-17). Husband has already chosen the Le Academie de la Biere as his choice, which will work well into our 1st night there, since it's reasonably near our hotel.
I see on the menu they have both bouillabaisse and paella (which I realize is not French but is a meal we both enjoy) as specialties. It also appears to be in a good location for us to follow up with a nighttime boat trip on the Seine.
Anyone have any idea what the prices are running, and any positive or negative feedback about the place?
Also, will we need reservations on a Saturday night?

We were there over a year ago so I cannot help with current prices etc. But I do suggest that you not let them seat you in the little room for Americans lol.
I enjoyed my meal and my son and husband loved their seafood.
Not bouillabase but good seafood.
I liked a couple of places on rue Grenelle better but I can only remember the name of one- Sud.

I chose Le Petit Nicois for my last dinner in Paris last May. The Sole Meuniere was outstanding. I'd seen many negative reviews, but the place was full of locals (a reservation anywhere is highly recommended for a Saturday night) and the food being served all around looked fantastic.
