There are direct trains from Lausanne to Geneva and Geneva to Grenoble. There are NO bus companies parallel to the train lines in Switzerland or in France.

Altamiro is offering the best solution. There is a bus that runs from Grenoble through BdO on to Briçon. They will take bikes but only if there is room.
Bourg d'Oisans is the perfect place to cycle but it's a hard place to get to by public transportation from anywhere except Grenoble.
Where are you staying in BdO? I'll suggest the Hotel Milan, Madame Serat is a wonderful hostess, and it caters very well to cyclists. The walk through basement is used for bicycle storage and there is a lovely back garden with a patio area for setting up your bikes and making any repairs or adjustments you might need. I think they may also have a bike repair stand available. I won't forget how great it was to jump into the pool on a hot afternoon either.
We've stayed at the Milan in Bourg d'Oisans every year for the past 6 years, so we know the area quite well, if I can help please let me know.

They are regular buses. Here is the schedule. It is in French but you can find what you need (except the price).
