An update on tickets in advance:
I emailed, in English, requesting reservations from both Lascaux II and Font de Gaume, giving our dates (the first two weeks of July).
A Lascaux II rep emailed me to say at that time of year, you won't need advance reservations, just show up.
The rep at Font de Gaume emailed me and asked me to choose a date, and let's take it from there. So I'm still working on that one.
I was worried about getting English-speaking tours, and there are five of us, but it seems that I can calm down on this a bit.
(I'll report back on how we did....)

I contacted the email address that you have listed for Pascal but it bounced back. I then sent an email to [email protected] and received an offer of a tour time. I need to double check that it is the English tour but all seems to be good. Thanks so much for sharing this info online.

Always a good idea on holiday to calm down a bit. Most things with work out, and if not, tant pis, too bad.
