I don't know the apartment, but the street I know very well as the Au Grand Appetit vegan restaurant that I started eating at, back in the 80s, is on that street.
For many years, I used to take Bus#86, from the 6th, almost daily to go to the restaurant and get off at Blvd. Henri V. at Rue de la Cerisaie which is right there at the bus stop. The post office is also a 3-minute walk from that bus stop. I was on that street just this past spring, too. It's a very nice area. Happy Travels!

Slopugs,
The name of the apt. reminded me of an apt. I had seen on the Paris Best Lodge site seen here:
http://www.parisbestlodge.com/cerisaie.html
Is this the same apt? If so, I've always heard rave reviews for Thierry(owner of Paris Best Lodge). The La Cerisaie apt does seem to be owned by "friends", so I don't know if Thierry manages this apt.

Anna1013: that is not the apartment, but that one does look very nice too! That apartments address was 25, and the one I've rented (yes, I did rent it for 9 nights in April!) is at No. 20.
tuscanlifeedit: it turns out that I have met the owner once in Rome when he was docent for a tour we took through "Scala Reale", which sort of evolved in to Context Tours. It IS a very high quality company!
Long ago (1988) I did eat at a tiny little wine bar, "Temps des Cerise" on that street....very good. I see it's still alive these days, and I can't wait to go back!
