Keukenhof or Antwerpen/Maastricht/Leiden/Utrecht
I'm going to the Netherlands today afternoon and I'll be able to visit Keukenhof since it closes on May 21. However, I'm having doubts whether to spend a day there or visit a town I've never been in (one of those in the title). Any suggestions? Is Keukenhof really such an amazing experience that it's something not to be missed?

It is an amazing place and something not to be missed. I suggest late afternoon for the best light. You only need a couple of hours in the garden.
IMO Antwerp and Maastricht are the best of your other selections, but Leiden and Utrecht are also very nice. I would choose Haarlem first, and then the others. Haarlem, and Leiden, work well for a visit to Keukenhof.

I think the Keukenhof is fantastic. I guess it depends on what your interests are, though. I love flowers so I'd much rather go to the Keukenhof than do city sights.
If you decide on one of the cities, I agree with spaarne - I like Maastricht and Antwerp, but these require further travel time (assuming you're starting from Amsterdam).
