John71Cove How was your trip

and specifically how was your room at the Holiday Inn Victoria Station? Did you also take the train to Edinburgh. If so did you purchase tickets here in the states or in England?
Thanks in advance for the Information,
John

John:
Here I am you luckey dog! Our room at the Holiday Inn was just what I ordered. We were well pleased. As usual.
We took the train from London to Crewe, visited with friends in Wrexham for a few days, then took another train to Edinburgh.
We wrapped up our trip by returning to London by train(GNER).
We purchased our train tickets online with Thetrainline.com. By doing so well in advance of our trip, the ticket price from Edinburgh to London was GBP50 for both my wife and I. Very reasonable I'd say.
Loved everything about our trip.
Thanks for asking.
John71cove.

Thanks for your reply. Looking forward to our trip in October. Guess I'll purchase my train ticket from Trainline!!
We will be staying at the Victoria Holiday Inn and then training to Edinburgh.
Thanks again.
