Jack's inimitable travel site-france

This site seems to have lots of good opinionated (which I like) comments on various places in france. How accurate is the info on the site? Anybody had any experiences with the hotel and restaurant recommendations? Thanks.

I didn't know about this Jack travel site and was just curious. I can tell you that the information on the Belgium section (and the Antwerp part in particular, I live there too) is very accurate. This site is even better than the official Antwerp website. Thanks for sharing!

I've been reading Jack's posts on rec.travel.europe for over 4 yrs. I haven't been to France during that time, so I've had no need for his website. But if I were that is the 1st place I would go. I would completely trust his advice and recommendations. Regards, Walter

thanks Julie for sharing this site. He visited all the places that I know and those places that had restaurants or hotels <BR> know he hit it on the nose. But as he admits, not a professional, lots is not mentioned, but as he said this is what he knows, use his information, read , look at others, and you'll know what is suited for you.
