It's very boring here during the day (in Europe).

It's snowing here in Shetland and I struggled to get my car out the drive this morning.
Back inside now, snug and warm and just had a hot bowl of vegetable soup.
If I was in Brussels I would be having moules and frites - and a large white wine!!!

London here, looking out my office window towards Park Lane and watching all those lovely planes bringing in more happy tourists. Cloudy but some sun and a little cold. Can't complain though, it's been mostly mild. Flanner, wish I looking out your window right now!

Here in Hammersmith it is bright and chuffin' cold. I am sitting looking out at the Thames and Hammersmith Bridge, which looks very wintry indeed.
No rabbits visible but more squirrels, magpies and pigeons than you can throw a stick at. I have also seen a pair of great tits (and no, that's not a joke).
I love London in the winter - it can be a bit of an ordeal in the hot weather.

Hi
It is snowing in Dijon, it should stop tomorrow (I hope!) What a change! We were wearing light clothes last Sunday...
Schuler maybe it is your turn to have snow tomorrow ;-)
Hello to Hammersmith (I spent one year in Barnes a long time ago)

I try to stir the pot by creating polemical posts. Unfortunately, very few respond. It is very boring here because many of the posters are boring.
Have you responded to my "Goyard" post?
There are very few who are in the league of cigale, patrick, btilke, st. cirq, and sheila ritchie.

Chiming in to maintain the boredom. It's almost sunrise at 7:20 here in the slowly-awakening SF Bay area. Temp outside the kitchen window is 30 degrees F. The high today, under sunny skies, will be 63 degrees, according to the local newspaper. I picked the very first little violets in the garden yesterday. Ahhh spring.

"More car drivers should take public transport."
That driver sure should!
Here in Toronto it's chilly about -1 C
and supposed to get much colder on Thursday (about -15). We can't complain much though - winter has only recent arrived. December was bizarre (people playing golf!).

It was 67 F degrees in sunny California. I took my boy to the park, and ran around bare foot (my son, not me). I sat on one of the park benches drinking coffee--it was no easy task keeping an eye on a 3-year old and pretending I'm in a cafe in Paris...100 more days to go...I'm thinking Paris should be lovely in May.
