Itinerary Help for Portugal

First trip to Portugal, last two weeks in April. We’ll be there 13 days, flying into Lisbon (4 days around there) and flying out of Porto (1-2 nights in Coimbra, then 2 nights in Porto). That leaves approximately 5 days to fill elsewhere. We love charming towns, beautiful landscape, good food, cute shops, walks or hikes. We are not into churches and too many castles. Your suggestions for cities to visit, and anything else you could share is appreciated. Sometime during trip, we’d love a chance to chill out and relax in a beautiful setting for a day or two. We're also wondering if it's too early in the season for a long trip to Algarve to be worth it, or perhaps we should go elsewhere.

Try to include Obidos,Nazare, and Sintra in your itinerary.
That should be easy.

a detour to Evora and Marvão might be the ticket. In spite of your disinterest in churches, I highly recommend Tomar because it is a monastery complex where one gets a sense of its architectural organization, unlike most monasteries that are no longer occupied.

Most of the pictures are geo-tagged, so that they can be related to a mapped itinerary.
