Hi,
Just wondering which month is the best to travel in Italy between February and March. My main concern is the rain and then the cold weather.
Apprecaite any feedback
Thanks
Jeff

If you are going to tour all of Italy in the spring, try starting in the south and working your way up north. In the end of May even the area of the lakes in the north is very pleasant. February and March are quite cold even in Tuscany. The south is usually already quite warm in the end of March. You will probably take 2-3 weeks at least to see the whole country. My advice - start as late as you can and as far to the south as you want to be. It is not the hottest tourist season so you don't have to book anything in advance. Just look at the forecast when you're there and decide accordingly.
