It sounds fine to me if you want a tour with a strong religious (Catholic) orientation.
How large is the group?
What is the location and rating of the hotel in Rome?
It seems to include a few aspects that might not be easy to organize if one were traveling alone, but do they justify the price differential between the tour and traveling independently?

The parishioners (senior citizens) that we are trying to organize this trip for wants the meals included. I never thought about the culinary delights we would be missing. I must have a talk with the agent. Thanks
