I suggested Da Michele because it's open all day.
On my several visits to Naples - and Da Michele - I would say that the numerous locals waiting outside with their tickets would be offended to be lumped in as an Eat Pray Love pilgrim. When I was last there I saw and heard zero English speakers/tourists/cruise passengers - and that's been the same on every visit.
OP - Da Michele is close to the train station and open all day. If you have time before 3pm or after 7pm (which appears unlikely) there are a myriad of other top pizza places such as Di Matteo, Starita, Brandi and Sorbillo but hey - Da Michele has been open since 1870 and deserves its rich reputation.

Blueeyedcod I'm curious about the high speed train to Naples. I've been trying to decide between joining a tour to go from Rome to Pompeii or doing it ourselves as you suggested. The only train I could find was about 50 euros one way. Is that right or am I missing a better option?

Where are you looking? I'm seeing Economy Premium and Standard Economy seats still available next week as low as 29 euros one way (depending on the day). The fast train return will likely be cheaper, but you could take a slower, Regional train back to Rome for as low as 11,80 euros (again depending on day).

Oh, I thought the Economy trains were slower and by virtue of that less expensive. This is where I was looking: http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/inde...08916f90aRCRD#

Economy is a fare not a train. The faster trains (Frecce) will offer Supereconomy, Economy and regular Base fares along with some other specials from time-to-time. So do the slower IC trains. The slowest trains (regional) don't offer discounts so will only have one fare.
