Are the floods in Italy affecting anyone's travel plans?

According to weatherunderground, it's supposed to clear up by the end of next week. Hopefully Rome won't suffer too much damage in the meantime. I'll be there in 2 weeks, and changing my plans has never even crossed my mind.

If the Tiber overflows, it won't matter if the weather has cleared by then or not!

Well, it looks like things have settled down now.

Apparently the worst of the rain is over, forecast for next week is light rain only, then clear by Thursday.

I also read that an Irish tourist fell into the river last night and is missing.
