Italian hotels guide book where historical figures have stayed
I've always been intrigued by hotels with a past. Does anyone know of a hotel guidebook that lists those in Italy where historical people have visited? Grazie!

That’s an interesting angle for a guidebook. But maybe too narrow for it to be the principal perspective of a guidebook? I discovered, for example, that the Venetian painter Lorenzo Lotto occupied rooms in the building that later became a hotel in Venice where I stayed, but he was mentioned as an aside in the review of the hotel. I’ve found that to be the case in other guidebooks as well.

I do not think that exists, some hotels have their one little book in this regard, for one the Cartlon in Bilbao had a little red book stating some important guests like Kings. In a different way there was son reference in the Grand Hotel Parker in Napoli.
