Is there a ferry from Dublin to Glasglow??
I'm planning a trip to Ireland will be there for 4 weeks. My husband and I would like to see scottland while we are there. What is the best way to do this? Any ideas? Is there a ferry that would take us from Dublin to Glasglow? How long would it take and the cost if possible. Please help Michigan.

Until the 1960s, there was an overnight ship between Glasgow and Dublin, as well as services from Glasgow to Belfast and Londonderry. Now, car ferries run on the shorter routes from Belfast or Larne to Stranraer, Cairnryan or Troon. All ports except Cairnryan have train connections. Try www.poirishsea.com, www.stenaline.co.uk and www.steam-packet.com.
