Is there a baggage storage facility for Cordoba day triP?

We may be taking a train from Madrid to Cordoba on our way to Seville. Is there any facility for leaving baggage for the day in the Cordoba train station?

Thanks for any up-to-date information.

here it is :
"UPDATED April 18, 2008: Several readers advised me that the train station's left luggage service is closed for security reasons. Today I stopped by the train station and yes, it has been closed indefinitely. There is a smaller left luggage service across the street at the bus station: Cordoba Bus Station left luggage service

CLOSED FOR SECURITY REASONS "

Thank you Danon for your quick reply.

Maybe we will have to consider staying over-night to be safe and then leave for Seville the next day.

no problem .
the bus storage is open but it does not seem too reliable.

"Cordoba Bus Station (out the back door of the train station).

To find the Left Luggage room there, enter through the front door of the Bus Station and turn right. Go all the way down to the end of the cooridoor and you will find a small door on the right marked "consigna". Outside the door there is a vending machine to buy tokens, and you can ask the security guard for assistance.

Inside there are only about 20 lockers. Unfortunately, I didn't have a measuring tape with me, but I took some aproximate measurements using my umbrella as a guide. The lockers are quite deep, but the doors are too small for most medium-size and large-size rigid luggage. My low estimate is that the actually opening is 52cm high and 30.5cm wide.

In May (high season), the security guard told me that the lockers are all full by 9:00 to 9:30 am. No luggage may be left outside the lockers."

I can tell you that when I was in Cordoba in Feb 2008, I was able to use the lockers in the Cordoba bus station (across the street from the train station). There were many available the day I was there.

Just up-dating this question.

We are visiting Cordoba in early September, and our bags will basically be the size of medium sized hockey bags. Will this type of baggage be storable at the bus station?

Thanks.
