Is it the food or experience or both?

I think it is the experience one doesn't expect. On one trip to Greece, we wandered into a small mom & pop place in Rhodes after the scheduled srving times. When I asked about the spices in my dish, the lady escorted me to the kitchen & w/my limited Greek comprehension, proceeded to show me her spices & gave me the one in question.
Just didn't taste the same when I made the dish @ home but was a lovely afternoon.
