Is anyone else having troupble purching train tickets online at RENFE.COM

After MANY hours of frustration with Renfe, including repeated futile calls to my Visa and Amex cc, I found this (seems like British) website called loco2.com and was able to order the tickets, though using Pounds, not Euros, and pay a little bit more in US Dollars... Definitely worth it, and it's all in ENGLISH!!! Whoa....
