Irish B and B -toiletries

Am starting to pack for my 16 day trip in a week and wondering if the B and B's all supply towels, soap, shampoo's, etc. Am wondering what I should or shouldn't pack...any help??

B&B's supply towels, no wash clothes. The ones we stayed in all furnished soap, but I don't recall them supplying shampoo, toothpaste, etc. I believe each did offer a blow dryer.

All of the B&Bs we stayed in supplied either soap or shower gel. I think one of the three supplied shampoo. Best to take your own.

Have just returned from 10 nights Ireland staying in B & B's, and none of them offered shampoo or conditioner. In fact most only offered liquid soap at sink, which is difficult to use in shower. I would take laong some of those little shampoo and conditioner bottles and little soaps you have probably squirrelled away from past hotel stays. They don't take up much room.

Hi bornintheusa

Most B&B's here dont supply wash cloths, just towels and soap/shampoo. I wouldnt bother dragging them all the way from the US as you can buy then cheaply here in any big supermarket.

A good & disposable wash cloth substitute that would also solve the soap problem, is Olay Daily Facial cloths. They pack nicely in snack size ziplock bags. Kind of a cheesecloth type fabric preloaded with soap.

Thanks to you all for the great suggestions-- I had already thought to bring the facial cloths that have the soap in them so great minds think alike--
