Ireland Was AWESOME!!!

Thanks to Siobhan and others here who gave suggestions. Dublin was friendly and great, Kinsale was lovely and full of good food, Killarney people the nicest, the Cliffs...oh forget it. There's just too much.

If you are thinking of going here, just go. Rent a car and drive all over. It was tremendous fun for me and my wife

DC

Great to hear you had a good time! Also its good to hear an outsiders opinion of someone who had a good time in Dublin. It gets such a bad rap and is unfair most of the time. Sounds like you will be back!

Hi DC:

Glad you had a great time. The country is addicting to say the least. If you are like we were, you sat on the plane on the way back and planned your next trip.

Bill

I like to hear these comments - am heading to Ireland next week and need some advice on adjusting to the driving and what the weather might be. Also we are taking our 8 year old granddaughter and would appreciate ideas that you think she would enjoy.
Thanks in advance!
peper

I'm going to Ireland in September and I'd love to hear specifics about your trip: where did you stay, eat, what did you enjoy most?
