Just make sure there isn't a bike race on at the same time in the same direction (we went counterclockwise)! We had that problem on the ROK one summer day. Thousands (no exaggeration!) of bicyclers on the road, usually all the way across the lane, not in single file. You could never pass, because of the winding roads. If you did end up passing, there were more in front of you. It was maddening. Clump after clump after clump. We finally pulled off at Valentia Island to get away from them. By the time we returned to the main Ring, they had all passed but one or two stragglers.
