There are photos on the web site. I don't think the approach to the B&B is steep, but you can inquire.

Although there is a castle at the top of the hill, the two streets in the town are mostly level, so it's very easily walkable.

Get a good map and pick your best location to see Tuscany. Some suggestions may be a bit far afield.
