I really don;t think this needs to be on the top of your list of concerns - given the liklihood of actaully winning anything - never mind "hitting it big" - unless you have a heist planned.

Just reinvest it all in their lotto tickets in their currency. If you have such good luck that you actually think you're going to win in the casinos, then really turn your money into alot by winning a major lotto afterwards.

Just arrange the trip so you have sufficient post-casino time, and then you can use the Euros to pay for your hotels, restaurants, limos, serenading orchestras, etc.

And Champagne! Don't forget the Champagne!

The European Roulette tables are the best deal in town (and the only casino game I will play). Single number bets have a house advantage of 2.7% (compared to 5.26% in the US with its 00), and even-money bets have a net house edge of only 1.35%

So if you keep the bets fairly big and hit a hot streak of two or three wins in a row, you can walk out with the cash. Just don't get greedy, because in the long run the casinos pay their electric bills every month, if you know what I mean.

If there was a secret way, people would have shared it with you already. Why not pay all your vacation expenses in cash, as mentioned above? Then convert what you have left at a bank, considering the fees a necessary expense to take home your big win.
