Iceland = June 2020
Ok I'm all excited. My husband and I (78 years old) have just booked with Gate 1 for a 6 day guided tour.
On our 5th day (staying at the Reykjavik Natura Hotel) opting not to go to the Blue Lagoon, any suggestions for a less crowded local geothermal pool?? - How much time should we plan on there ??
Any feedback for a 3 hour Whale Watching Tour with Viator in the morning and then the thermal pool in the afternoon) with a Farm and dining excursion that evening.
On the 6th day (flight at 8:50PM) Very interested in doing the Hop On Hop Off Trolley vs. Uber through Reykjavik. Possibly to walk around The Old Harbor (any suggestions for quick dining?)
Also are interested in the Vikin (?Viking) Maritime Museum and/or Iceland National Museum which are near the Old Harbor, I think---any feedback..
Thank you so much in advance, as we want to make the most of our 6 day trip.
