September is a very busy month in Paris and hotels are in limited supply. You could try the standard booking engines, one is listed below, or for recommendations by posters, you need to indicate your budget window in euros.

No one can say which of the many thousands of hotels in Paris is best for you unless you give us details of your expectations and a per-night budget in euros.

What do you plan to do while in Paris? Business trip or pleasure trip?

Are you alone or with others?

If so, how many and who?

What is your budget?

What are your interests?

Without info we could give a hundred answers, none of which might be right for you.

The first help is right in front of you, in the Destinations section of Fodor's website. Then, having acquired a little bit of background, you can look at the vast repository of Paris info in the Search the Forums function above right.
Repeat for other travel websites. Bon voyage.
