I need a large triple room in Madrid? Any recs?

Preferably near Gran Via, but all recs are welcome and will be considered. I have stayed at Hotel Atlantico and liked it, but will like to experience something else. Any suggestions? Thanks.

We had a triple at the Carlos V, which is just a couple of blocks from the Gran Via. It was pretty good sized, particularly the bathroom. No view, but quiet. Good breakfasts and very convenient to everything.

Or through the Best Western website.

Have you thought about an apartment? I rented a 2 bedroom apartment that could sleep 5 here:

The location was closer to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, but was not too far from Gran Via. We walked everywhere. I rented #51 which has a terrace! The apartment, while large and well-equipped, didn't have too much charm furnishings-wise, but all that space sure was great.

Sound like great recommendations, Carlos V is quoting $144/triple, which is not bad.

Rialtgrl-- you think they could rent for 3 days, or is this a weekly minimum type?

Chatters, I rented that apartment for 4 days. They also rent rooms and have an office in the building so I think you can rent for any amount of time.

It is 125 Euro per night - for that you get two bedrooms, kitchen, AND terrace... it is a pretty good deal!

It does sound like a good deal, I e-mailed them for availability. Thanks for the recommendation!
