"I am allergic to..." (How to say...)

I'd like to know how to say "I am allergic to goat cheese" in both German and Italian.

The following are translations from www.freetranslation.com - are they accurate?

Sono allergico al formaggio di capra. - Italian

Ich bin allergisch zu Ziegenkäse. - German

I plan on writing the cards I've seen many mention. My allergies are not life threatening but I will get an annoying rash.

Thanks

While I am not a languages teacher (or expert), those look excellent to me.

Best wishes,

Rex

Schuler is correct. In German, you are allergic "gegen" etwas, not "zu."

In Italian, you are allergico(a) "a" qualcosa.

If you are female, you must say "Sono allergica al formaggio...
