Hurtegruten
Hi
I am intrigued by the idea of doing coastal Norway on the Hurtegruten
We have done a previous trip on a smaller cruise ship and have always wanted to return as we loved the scenery on that voyage-we went in June and the sun did not set-we went as far north as the Bering Sea
We could go in October-would that be a good time to go?
Thanks

More options to book shorter trips on the uk site. Even better and cheaper the Norwegian site if you use Chrome browser for translation - https://www.hurtigruten.no/
October can be quite cold - be prepared for that.

I would have thought that was a bit early for Northern Lights
You can get aurora any time of the year - but you need dark and clear skies - so October would be a decent choice.
Personally I would go late September as the weather is generally better
