How about this site. You only need to find the latitude and longitude for Sorrento and click on "spring" to see the approximate water temperature.

You don't insert any data on the site. The latitude is 40.6; longitude is 14.4 - I looked this up for you using google.
Look at the map and find the square that corresponds to Sorrento's latitude and longitude. 40.6 is just above the horizontal line for 40N (40 degrees north). 14.4 is near the vertical line for 15E (15 degrees east).
So the water temp in the spring (shown in green) is between 60 and 68 degrees.
If you know where Sorrento is on the water temperature map, then you can approximate the water temp. In the summer it's harder to figure out w/o the latitude and longitude.
