If one visited Czechoslovakia and Yugloslavia before they were dismembered, do they count as single units or as the multiple units that they now are?

I am having trouble figuring out how a 32 year old could have covered so much ground. This reminds me of Around the World in 80 days.

Michael – I wondered which parts of you were left in what country. I need help.

I think I am way past by bedtime or in need of a good glass of wine.

How old am I???? You have got to be kidding!!!! And it is too late in the evening to count the number of countries. Like Simone I either need to go to bed or have a glass of wine, LOL. Noticed you had this question on the US Board too. Taking a survey are you?

Yes, I have travelled aggressively. My freinds are telling me to slow down on the travelling "or life will become a bore", I just thought I would compare myself to others, before I deceide when (and if) I should go on another trip.

Is this a competition? What's the prize? Four weeks of relaxation in your own home?

here are some numbers related to my life

167
146
9
44
245
616
54
10
51
30

Among those are my IQ score, my house number when I was growing up, my age,
my current house number, European and Asian countries visited, the middle two digits of my SS number, my cat's birthday, etc.
You can match them any way you'd like.

Also, are we all counting countries in Europe only?
If you take a Caribbean cruise and stop at 4 islands, are those 4 more countries being counted?
If someone visited the Canadian side of Niagara Falls for 2 hours, does that count Canada?
If you just change planes in a country's airport, does that count?

Interesting question, come to think of it. As best I can remember, at age almost 43, I have been to 21 or 22 countries, of which I've lived in 5. I didnt' count airport transits.

Now if you'd asked how many schools I went to... http://beginningwithi.com/aboutme/timeline.htm

best regards,

Launched the year Lindbergh flew solo across the Atlantic...and in so many countries that I ran out of fingers and toes more than five times. As Casanova declared, it is not the number that counts, it is the intensity.
