Hello,
we are currently in Scotland. Does anyone know how long it will take to drive from Glen Coe to Oban realistically? I know what Google says but I know Google is not accurate in Scotland because of the roads. There is something my husband decided at the last minute he would like to do in Oban while we are in Glen Coe but I have told him I don’t think it’s realistic and will add stress to the day. We are staying in Glen Coe for only 2 nights.

Depending on how far down Glencoe you are and where exactly in Oban you want to go, and not on a weekend with more leisure travelers/caravans -- a little over an hour.

Janis, we are staying at the Glen Coe Inn, Tyndrum Road, Glencoe. On a Monday night and a Tuesday night. Thank you!
We are having a fabulous time in Scotland. Spent 4 nights in Edinburgh and 2 nights in Anstruther so far. Tomorrow we are headed to Nairn.

You are staying towards the Ballachulish end of Glencoe so maybe a little under an hour - but count on an hour to include time to navigate in and around Oban.
