How do you cancel easyjet flights

I originally booked three easyjet flights for July. They are three separate flights, different days but all appear on the same booking reference number. Now I have changed my trip itinerary somewhat (was originally going to Iceland! - figured this was not a good year for that) so I have now booked one new easyjet flight (and got a new booking reference number). I still want to use one of the three original easyjet flights, but will not be taking the other two.

So my question - if I do nothing, but don't' show up for the first easyjet flight (which was from Amsterdam to Rome on july 7) will by reservation for the second flight (which is from Rome to Dubrovnik on july 14) still be valid? I know if you book on a regular airline and don't take one leg of a journey that the rest are automatically canceled. But this was three separate flights so I wouldn't think that would apply. I just don't want to do nothing, then get to the airport on July 14 and be told my reservation was canceled since I didn't fly the july 7 flight.

I can't find info on how to do this anywhere on their site - nor can I find a phone number to call easyjet from the US.

Easyjet don't 'do' cancellations as I understand it. You have the option to change your flight but any cancellation is non-refundable.

In answer to your question, because these are 3 separate flights I think you are correct in your assumption that you can miss these flights but still take the other. But I also think you should definitely check for sure.

Here's the phone number given on the website...

0044 870 6 000 000 (calls made to this number will be charged at the prevailing overseas call rate)

When I asked the question about phoning them, there is also a little box coming up with a 'talk to us live' option - maybe that would work and be cheaper than a phone call!

Otherwise you'll have to email them. On the easyjet homepage there is a link at the top 'help', which takes you to a questions/answers page. From here click on the bottom link to FAQs and Contact Us.

Ask a random question, and when the answer page comes up, there is an 'email us' link.

Good luck, and please post back with the answer as this is an interesting query.

Thanks Julia

I may try that phone number, I hadn't found that one (could only find numbers to call from within Europe)

I would prefer to email them. The email us link does not work. It keeps saying my sign in info is not valid. However I can sign in and see all my bookings so obviously it is. Just not on the email page. The chat live function looks promising, except they say to check back later that no one is available now.

I google searched and - no big surprise - this is a common problem - and one that does not seem to have an answer. The best I could find was in an article that said you could email the CEO at [email protected] So I have tried that, we'll see if it works (not holding my breath).

So if anyone does have a customer service email please let me know.

I just had another look at the website, this time 'going in' via the Company Information link at the bottom of the homepage, and thence to Site Services, and found this which may be of more help to you...

Thanks julia. I did receive a response from the email I sent. It was actually very prompt. And the answer is that yes, you can miss a flight and it won't affect any others on the same booking- in cases others are searching for this info.
