I pay on-line and it is great.
Neo and others who use credit cards to pay bills, do you have to pay a convenience fee? I finally signed up for a mileage card but want to avoid additional fees. For example, colleges, insurance companies and local tax authorities add a fee. Some are reasonable but the ones that are a percentage of the amount due can be large.
